MTech Full Form is Master of Technology. MTech duration is 2 years. It deals with existing technologies and creates new paths for research and development. This degree is offered in 4 different categories such as Regular or Full Time, Sponsored, Part-time and project staff. MTech eligibility requires a student to complete their graduation in a relevant field such as BTech, or BSc with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university. For M Tech Admission 2022 students have to appear for national level and university level entrance exams such as GATE, UPSEE and TANCET.
